Thank you for hosting your event at Rose & Blanc Tea Room! We hope you follow a few conditions for hosting your exciting bridal showers, parties, and other events in our tea room.
•Rental Only, No Afternoon-tea Options, Outside-Catering available
•A 9.5% sales tax will be added to the total.
•Set-time & Wrap-up time included to the rental time

We currently partner with K-Event Company for weekday rental services.
Here’s a brief overview of what our space rental and event production package includes:
*Time: 11AM-2PM / 3PM-6PM (email us for more available time)
*Weekday: $167 per hour (Minimum 3 hours)
*Weekend: $267 per hour (Minimum 3 hours)
*Place Setting is additional $10 per person
* Party Table Arrangement & Tablecloths
* 1 location manager to assist with management, guide you through our supplies and facilities, ensure compliance with booking terms and house rules.
* 1 staff member for setup and cleanup
* Free parking available in our garage (space is limited)
* Catering with Buffet bar set up options are available separately
* Outside food is permitted
** Place Setting is not included
Location limitations:
* Maximum capacity of ’30’ people (we have 30 chairs available)
* No alcohol allowed
* No smoking permitted
* No open flames (candles are allowed with prior permission)
* Any missing or damaged furniture/structure will incur a fee
We recommend considering the following Catering options to the event:
*15 people Minimum for the catering - tax included, self-service buffet bar, no server attendance*

5 Finger Food Items, Fruits and Lemonade
•A-La-Carte Buffet | $50 per person

🌹{Rose & Blanc Rent Space Terms and Conditions}
Please observe the following rules to keep our tea room beautiful:
1) Your rental time includes setting up and cleaning up. Please enter the space at the start of your booked time and vacate at the end of your booked time.
2) We do not provide or allow alcoholic beverages in our tea room.
2) All materials (decorations, plates, utensils) must leave with you if you brought them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left behind items.
3)The space must be returned to its original position. Please notify the staff of any damage.
4) No smoking
5) No candles/ flames without the owner's permission.
6) Food warmer/ Chafer is not allowed.
7) No weapons of any kind.
8) No pets. Guide animals are allowed.
9) No glitter, confetti, or duct tape command strip allowed. Using these may incur an extra cleaning fee. The tearoom not allows wall decorations to prevent wall damage.
10) All trash must be gathered and placed into trash bags we provide.
11) If you rented the tableware, please leave them on the table for our staff to clean after the event.
● Reservation & Security Deposit
To secure the rental space, we require full payment along with a $300 Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after inspection, provided there is no damage to the property.
A 9.5% sales tax will be added to the total.
To complete your reservation, we require the full payment. Please wait for our email containing the invoice. If the payment is not received within 24 hours from the time of receipt, the reservation will be canceled.
●Final Confirmation
Kindly confirm the final event details one week before your scheduled date. We will not be able to make any changes to the reservation details once we receive a final confirmation.
●Decorations
You are welcome to bring your decorations and flower centerpieces.
For safety reasons, some items are prohibited in the tea room. We do not permit candles (except for the cake) or any confetti in our tea room (including confetti sprinkles, confetti-filled balloons, and table confetti.) Using these may incur an extra cleaning fee.
The tearoom does not allow wall decorations to prevent wall damage.
●Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, and all deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled.
Rescheduling is possible if notified at least 4 weeks in advance. However, last-minute rescheduling within 4 weeks incurs a charge of 50% of the total amount.

The reservation is confirmed to the team that completes the deposit first. Upon receiving your reservation request, we will send you a deposit invoice to the email address you provided.
